Terms

1. Changeover day: Saturday
2. NO PETS/ANIMALS in the apartment
3. NO SMOKING in the apartment or shared hallways
4. Entry to the apartment is anytime from 4pm onwards
5. Vacation from the apartment by 10am on the final saturday
6. Cleaning and linen changes take place every Saturday between 11am and 2pm
7. Breakages deposit is £200 and is refunded within 2 weeks of your stay
8. Full payment of rental + breakages deposit is required at least 28 days in advance of the period booked
